Do you want to be healthier? Lose some weight? Have more energy?
Chances are pretty good that you have answered “yes” to all of these questions. And you are not alone. But is “going on a diet” the answer? NO! Consider this: the U.S has one of the highest rates of obesity in the world. Two-thirds of our U.S. population are either overweight or obese. We also have more people who officially say they are “on a diet” than any other country. On any given day, one out of every two women and one out of every four men, are on a diet.
If diets work, then our obesity rates would certainly be lower, right? So what does work?
Slow, incremental, healthy lifestyle changes that stick! But how do you make the right changes? And, more importantly, how do you make them stick? invigoratedlife has the answers.
Our goal is to invigorate your life!
An invigorated life is filled with balance, strength and energy. There is balance between exercising and creating time to be still. There is strength in consuming healthy, non-toxic foods which contain properties that cleanse the body and rejuvenate you from the inside out. And finally, there is energy that will result in implementing these changes slowly, creating permanence so that they aren't even "changes" any longer - they are a part of your everyday life.
The balance, strength and energy that you will achieve will be impossible to deny at the end of this 16 week program.
What Can You Expect?
You can expect a program that sets out specific recommendations for you to follow. Some will be easy, and some more difficult. However, this program takes a "one step at a time" approach where you get to set the timeline for incorporating these changes slowly over a 16-week period. You get to choose what you will tackle first, second and finally, last.
Throughout this process you can rely on wellness coaching sessions that will keep you motivated, hold you accountable and keep you on track with achieving your goals.
Wellness Toolbox
Along with personal wellness coaching, you get a simple toolkit to track your progress. The Automated Wellness Scorecard will give you a daily and weekly "score," plus a progress report to show how you're improvement along the way.
Program Philosophy
Most "diets" focus on what you shouldn't do. invigoratedlife focuses on what you should do. Your thoughts are so powerful. They can even help create your reality. What you think about expands, so if you are thinking about a chocolate chip cookie, and know you "can't" have one, then you will want ten! Have the cookie, but incorporate the 10 steps in this program and that cookie won't make a difference (and you may find you stop thinking about cookies altogether).
