The Wellness Scorecard

An intractive tool to track your progress.
The automated Wellness Scorecard allows you to record your daily lifestyle habits. You can enter how many glasses of water you drank, whether or not you exercised and how many servings of veggies you ate. All 10 areas of the program are tracked in this automated tool and a daily and weekly score are tabulated so that you can instantly see your progress.

The tool helps you navigate through the program every step of the way. It allows you to set your own program timeline (how you want to incorporate all 10 areas throughout the 16 weeks). It also reports on your progress in one simple graph.
